Oatmeal Rasin Cookie

Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)Butter, salted, 1 stick (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1 oz (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)Quick Oats Uncooked 1 serving = .5 cup, 2 serving (remove)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl cream brown sugar and butter.
Mix in egg, vanilla and milk.
Stir in flour, powder, soda, and salt until well combined.
Stir on oats and raisins.
Grease cookie sheet and drop batter using spoons.
Bake 8-10 min or until golden brown.
