2 18.6 oz. cans Campbell's Chunky Soup - Fajita Chicken w/ Rice & Beans flavor1 15 oz. can dark red kidney beans.
Directions
Empty all three cans into a 2-quart slow cooker and cook on low 2 - 2.5 hrs. Hi 1.5 hrs. Serves my family of 5, plus a loaf of whole wheat bread and Smart Balance or Eastwind peanut butter. And fruit.
