Ingredients
•5 oz solid white albacore tuna packed in water, drained •1 cup (6 oz/180 g) cooked great northern beans•1 medium ripe tomato, seeded and diced•2 scallions, thinly sliced•1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice•1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Make It 1-2-3!
1. In a bowl, flake tuna with a fork.
2. Gently stir in beans, tomato, scallions, lemon juice and olive oil.
3. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
