Spring Roll Salad

Ingredients
3 c. savoy cabbage2 c. shredded carrots1 c. shiitake or cremini mushrooms1 c. bean sprouts1 tbsp. canola oil10 lg. shrimpsriracha sauce to taste
Directions
Shred the cabbage. Heat oil on med-high heat. Add cabbage and carrots and sweat down for 2 min. Reduce heat to medium. Meanwhile, chop shrimp and mushrooms into smaller pieces. Add to pan. Last, add bean sprouts until all is cooked through. Add sriracha for flavor and serve.
