Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Salmon - 4 cans3 scallions - minced1/4 cup parsley - minced1 tbl mustard1/4 cup plain greek yogurt6 tbl whole wheat bread crumbs1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs to coat patties with (optional)
Directions
Mix everything together except half of the breadcrumbs. Form patties, coat with remaining bread crumbs & pan fry until golden brown.
