Ingredients
3 nice sized skinless chicken breast/grilled/cut into medium strips1-10oz bag of frozen or 2 fresh Broccolli heads1 -box of Whole wheat noodle3 - cansDiced tomatoes Season (tony checkers)2 -table spoons of Sour cream
Directions
Grill chicken breat with Pam or any low fat cooking oil
place asided. Then add to the pan 3 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of sour cream and stir. Cook pasta ahead of time for about 10 to 12 minutes and then add with broccolli and chicken and simmer until broccolli is slightly tender.
