Italian Sausage and Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 Package Lentils1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped celery1/2 large onion, diced1 Can diced tomatoes1/2-1 pound ground Italian sausage1 Tbsp Oregano1 Tbsp Basil1 Tbsp parsley2 bay leaves4 Cups Water6 Cups Vegetable Broth
Directions
Brown the Italian Sausage, place all ingredients into a stock pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot with slices of crusty bread.
