Paleo Chili

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped5 cloves garlic, chopped2 lb ground beef1 lb beef liver, made into a slurry in food processor1 can diced tomatoes2 cans tomato sauce2 bay leaveschili powdercuminpaprika
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in one pan till softened.

Brown ground beef and add liver slurry to it as it cooks, in another pan.

When brown, add the onion mixture to the meats, and then add the tomatoes and sauce.

Use spices to suit your taste.

Simmer for at least 30 minutes or longer, tasting and adding spices and salt as is necessary.
