Chickpea Cauliflower Stir Fry

1/2C walnuts3T tamari2T extra virgin olive oil1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed2C cauliflower, chopped2 1/2 C swiss chard or other green
Dry saute walnuts, till roasted. Remove from heat.
Pour 1 T tamari and 2 T olive oil over chickpeas and stir. Place in hot pan, cover, shaking pan occasionally until chickpeas are browned. Add cauliflower and 1T tamari. Cook covered until cauliflower is brown but still crisp. Add swiss chard and 1T tamari and fry until wilted. Add roasted walnuts and stir to combine. Yumm!
Serving Size: Makes approx. 1 1/2 Cups for 1 serving
