Carolyn's French Onion Soup

Ingredients
2 c. thinly sliced onions2 T. sherry4 c. beef broth1 t. Worcestershire sauceSliced French breadSwiss cheese
Directions
In large saucepan, sauté onions in sherry. Cook until tender. Add broth and worcestershire sauce. Simmer until flavors come together. Put in oven proof bowls add sliced bread and top with cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
