Alberta's Sweet & Smoky Chili

Ingredients
Ground Beef 2lbsCelery, raw, 2 stalksYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)Onions, raw, 2 cup, choppedCatelli Garden Select - Diced Tomatoes & Basil, 3 cupBeans, red kidney, 2 cupChili powder, 2 tbspBaking chocolate, unsweetened, squares, 2 squares Brown Sugar, 1 tbspVinegar, White, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspBetter than boullion beef flavored base 1 tspCajun Spice, 1/4 tspAllspice 1/4 tspBBQ Sauce, Bull's Eye, Old West Hickory, 3 tbsp
Directions
1.) In a 12" skillet, cook ground beef, onions and celery until meat is brown. Drain off fat (if there is any, remember we are using extra lean ground beef here!). Transfer to the crock pit and add remaining ingredients.

2.) Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10hrs or on high 4-5 hours.

3.) Serve and enjoy!
