Lowfat Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup All-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon sugar1/3 cup Yogurt (any flavor)1 Egg1/2 cup Water
Directions
Whisk together flour, baking powder, soda and sugar.
In a separate bowl whisk together yogurt, egg and water.
Incorporate liquid mixture into dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Batter will be lumpy.
Cook pancakes over medium heat in a pan treated with non-stick spray. Flip once.

Serving Size: Makes 4 pancakes (2 -2 pancake servings)
