Blueberry Muffins- For you and your toddler

Ingredients
3/4 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Plain greek yogurt 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries 2 cups of flour2 tsp baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375. Lightly grease 12 muffins cups. (I use pam) In a large bowl, mix the sugar, yogurt applesauce, eggs and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend wet ingredients and dry ingredients together. Fold in the blueberries. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. I used a icecream scoop. Bake 18-20 minutes until lightly golden brown or a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Romove from pan and cool on rack.
