Corn bread wth jalapenos

Ingredients
All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1.25 cup Corn Meal (yellow) - Quaker, 12 tbs Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Skim Milk, 1 cup Canola Oil, .25 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large 2 Jalapeno Peppers, minced
Directions
Heat oven to 400 F. Grease 9" pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in minced pepper, milk, oil and egg, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter intprepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm
