Steve's Creamed Potatoes and Peas

4-5 Yukon Gold Potatoes, about 1-1/4 pounds, peeled1 10-Ounce package frozen peas2 Tbsp Salted Butter2 Tbsp Flour1 1/2 Cup Skim Milk1/4 Tsp Black Pepper1/2 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Dried Dill Weed
Peel potatoes and cube them. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Cook peas until tender. Drain and set aside.
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add flour to butter, and mix into a paste. Stir in milk, then add remaining spices. Bring mixture to a boil. Mixture will thicken as it boils. Cook unti desired consistency. Add peas and potatoes. Mix and serve.
Makes 8 servings, one-half cup each.
