Homemade Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (I used 90% lean)1 T minced garlic1/3 cup chopped onion8 oz can of tomato sauce8 oz water2 tsp chili powder1 can (15.5oz) black beans (or any bean you prefer)1 cup frozen corn
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with chopped onion & minced garlic.

2. Stir in water & tomato sauce & chili powder

3. Add in a can of beans (I drained the liquid out of mine) & the cup of frozen corn

4. Cover & simmer for 10 minutes or until ready!

Serving Size: Makes 5 1-cup servings
