Herb Roasted Chicken Leg Quarters

Ingredients
4 leg quarters (used with skin)2 Tbsp. margarine, melted2-3 garlic cloves, minced1 Tbsp. dried basil1 tsp. salt1 tsp. Savory (Sage or Rosemary work as well)1 tsp. dried Thyme1/4 tsp. Black Pepper1 Tbsp. oregano1 shallow baking dishFoil to cover bottom of baking dish (just for easier clean up)Non-stick spray
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place chicken in greased, foil lined baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
4. Brush mixture onto chicken.
5. Bake 50-60 min. or until thermometer reads 180 degrees F.
