Ingredients
18 oz jar of Smooth Peanut Butter (or with peanuts, but your nutritional content will be different possibly)Box of Gram Crackers, w/ 3 bags of crackers enclosed - 2 bags crunchedLight Corn Syrup - a cup or so (optional)1 lb Confectioners Sugar (powdered)1 stick of butter - or 4 cupsBaking Chocolate - wait until the very end to melt it
Directions
Melt Butter, put it in a big bowl. Add smashed gram crackers and stir.

Add Sugar and stir. Add spoonful of peanut butter and stir. Continue this process until it has mixed entirely. It will begin to get very hard to stir. Add corn syrup.

Spray a pan so it will not stick. Drop your peanut butter into the pan, and use wax paper to press down and smooth out. Make it even from corner to corner, and flat. Throw wax paper away.

Take a pan and add 2-3 inches of water in the bottom. Sit over stove top. Put a smaller metal dish inside it with baking chocolate inside. Melt down to liquid. Pour over the top of the peanut butter. Use a spatula to smooth it out.

Refrigerate or freeze for 1-2 hours. Remove before chocolate hardens to cut portions with a knife and then put back in fridge/freezer.
