Waldorf Salad with a Twist

Ingredients
· 3 cups Fresh Apples, unpeeled, cored and cubed (about 4 medium)· 1 tbsp Lemon Juice· 2/3 cup Celery, chopped (about 3 stalks)· 1/3 cup Craisins· 1/3 cup Raisins· 1/2 - 1 cup Low Fat/Calorie Vanilla Yogurt· 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds (Optional)· 3 tbsp Ground Flax Seed (Optional)· 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
Directions
Core and cube apples, place in LARGE bowl, and toss with lemon juice to prevent apples from browning. Chop celery and add to bowl. Add all other desired ingredients, and than toss with desired amount of yogurt.

*NOTE: Waldorf salad normally uses Walnuts instead of Sliced Almonds, Mayonaise instead of Vanilla Yogurt, and doesn't include Craisins, Ground Flax Seed, or Cinnamon. Sugar isn't necessary either.
