Egg Salad for the family

Ingredients
10 large Hard Boiled Egg 2 hard boiled Egg whites only12 tbsp (3/4 c) Dukes Mayonnaise 2 tbsp raw Onions, diced small3 slice Dill Pickles, diced small 1/2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Yellow Mustard paprika, cumin, ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Mash the egg yolks and mayo together. Stir in the vinegar and mustard. Stir in onions, pickles, paprika, cumin, and pepper. Coarsely chop egg whites and gently stir into mixture. Chill before serving.
