Stuart's Buffalo Chili

Ingredients
Buffalo Meat, 2 lb raw 1 Green Pepper 1 Red Pepper 1 Medium onion *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Knorr caldo de tomate con sabor de pollo, 1 serving *clove, ground = 1 tsp, 1 tsp Kidney Beans Black beans, 1 cup Spinach, frozen, 2 cups Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)Quinoa, 2 cups
Directions
Add all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cook for 45 minutes.
