2 cups chickpeas, rinse and drain1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar2.5 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp dried rosemary (may use oregano)1 tsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On the baking sheet, add all ingredients and toss to combine. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Toss chickpeas once or twice during baking, until the liquid is almost absorbed. Don’t let dry out, remove from the oven when still a little moist. They're meant to still be tender, not crispy.
