1 small frozen banana peeled and halved1 tsp. flax seed25g low fat granola1 serving kroger carbmaster raspberry yogurt1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup of water1 Ice cube1/4 cup frozen raspberry's

Just add all the ingredients into your blender or smoothie maker and blend till its nice and smooth and pour able. YumYum.
