1/2 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal1/2 cup Fiber One original cereal1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese1/4 cup liquid egg whites1 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla whey protein powder1 tbsp stevia or truvia1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp EACH ginger, cloves, and allspicedash vanilla extract (up to 1/4 tsp--per your tastes)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl (I like to add in spices/sweetener last so they get better incorporated).
Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 10-20 more minutes before cutting.
