Cheesey Millet

Ingredients
Millet, swiss cheese, skim milk, sage
Directions
Add millet (1 cup) to 2 cups boiling water. After it has taken up most of the water add 0.5 cup or less skim milk. Heat. Then add shredded cheese and sage and mix as you would a risotto. This also reheats nicely for a warm breakfast.

Serving Size: This makes around 3 to 4 cups. It is rich so a small serving will do ya!
