Quinoa $ Green Burger

Ingredients
quinoa, chickpeas, chard, spices
Directions
Cook quinoa. Use 2 cups cooked. Wilt chard, drain, squeeze and chop. Saute onion and carrot in EVOO till tender. Add fresh granted ginger and a pinch of salt. Saute briefly then add cumin and saute for 1 more minute. Stir into quinoa and greens. Puree chickpeas in blender or food processor with lemon juice and egg (egg is optional). Mix with quinoa and veggies. Shape into 6 patties. Fry in EVOO until browned. Flip and cook 10-15 minutes in oven (400).
