Paleo Brownie

1 cup Almond Meal1/2 cup coconut oil1/2 cup cocoa powder1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup coconut milk2 tbsp honey (agave)1 egg
Preheat oven to 325F
Place the coconut oil, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a bowl and combine well.
Add the coconut milk, honey, egg and almond meal and mix until combined.
Line a small brownie tin or cake loaf tin with baking paper. Spoon the brownie mixture into the tin and smooth the surface of the mixture.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Dust the brownie with cocoa and cut into individual portions to serve
