1 cup steel cut oats1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)1/3 cup honey1 cup coconut flakes1/4 cup ground flaxseed2 scoops of protein powder (Optimum Nutrition Complete Proetein Diet used here)1/4 cup dark chocolate chips1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix ingredients and form into balls, then freeze
