Three Cheese Tart

Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 10 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz Basil, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo minced garlic, 2 tspParmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, sliced thin (enough to cover tart)
Place pie crust into tart pan - crimp edges and remove any dough that hangs over edge. Poke holes in bottom of pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes (till light brown).
Remove from oven and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on crust.
In bowl, mix softened cream cheese and egg - whip till smooth. Add remainder of mozzarella cheese, basil and garlic and mix together. Spread mixture in evenly over crust. Top with slices of tomatoes - overlap edges to cover. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with basil (fresh snipped if you have it, but if not, flakes works too).
Bake at 400 for an additional 18 - 20 minutes. Crust should be browned and cheese should be melted.
Let stand to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing. Slice into 10 YUMMY pieces and serve!
