Flank Steak, .75 lb(remove)Sherry, dry, 4 fl. oz(remove)*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp(remove)Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp(remove)Ginger Root, 2 tsp(remove)Garlic, 4 clove(remove)Corn Starch, 10 grams(remove)Cabbage, fresh, 6 cup, chopped(remove)Scallions, raw, 6 large(remove)Bamboo shoots, raw, 175 grams(remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)*Hoisin Sauce, 10 tbsp(remove)
Marinate beef in all the sauce (less the corn starch). Cook beef in wok. Mix everything into wok. Serve in warm tortilla.
