1-1/2 cups Cake Flour1-3/4 cups sugar1/4 tsp salt1-1/2 cups egg whites1 tsp cream of tartar1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp almond extract
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then add in Cream of Tartar, Vanilla and Almond Extract.
Gently fold dry ingredients into egg mixture.
Pour batter into greased and floured cupcake tins.
Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 325. Cook for 25 minutes.
