Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
3 c spinach4 oz cream cheese1/4 c shredded parmesan1 sweet onion, chopped1 clove garlic, peeled/smashed/chopped4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add spinach and stir well until wilted. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and cheese and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Put a generous dollop of the spinach mixture on each chicken breast and wrap breast ends over top. Secure with a toothpick.

Spoon remaining spinach mixture over breats and bake for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
