Ingredients
2 eggs1/4 cup whipping cream (not whipped)2 tsp splenda1 tsp cinnamon1.5 oz. (1/2 of 3 oz bag) plain pork rinds (crushed)
Directions
mix eggs, cream, splenda and cinnamon together well.
add crushed pork rinds and let soak for 5 min. or until goopy batter. Pour into 6 portions and cook as you would for pancakes or french toast. Serve with low carb syrup.
