Bowtie Pasta with Spinach & Asiago

Ingredients
2 oz Bowtie Pasta1 tsp. olive oil5 oz. fresh spinach1 clove garlic, minced1 oz. asiago cheese, gratedGround pepper
Directions
Cook pasta al dente ccording to package directions. Drain and set aside. Add 1 tsp. olive oil to pan. Saute garlic. Add spinach and pasta. Stir until spinach is wilted. Plate mixture. Sprinkle with 1 oz. asiago cheese and fresh ground pepper to taste.
