Ingredients
2 chicken thighs, bone and skin removed1 cup frozen cut corn1 cup yellow onion2 cups uncooked red kidney beans2 cups uncooked Great Northern beans3 small carrots, finely diced
Directions
Prep the chicken and vegetables.
Place all ingredients into a soup pot and simmer until cooked.
