Ingredients
2 tsp Canola Oil1 Lb Extra Lean Ground Sirloin 93/71 Medium Head Cabbage Chopped1 Medium Onions Chopped4 Medium Carrots Sliced1 1/2 Cup Green Beans cut to 1"1 Cup Large Butter Beans1 1/2 Cup V-8 Juice1 16 oz Can Tomato Sauce2 16 oz. Can Hunts Garlic & Heb diced Tomatoes4 Cups Hot Water3 tsp Better than Bullion Beef Base3 tsp Lea & Perrins Worchester SauceSalt 1/2 tspGranulated Garlic 3 tspBlack Pepper 2 tsp.Fresh Thyme 1 TbspCelery Seed 1/2 tsp
Directions
1) Bring heavy bottom 5 Qt pot to medium high heat
2) Add Ground Sirloin and onions and brown.
3) Add remaining ingredients, stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
