Shreeded Beef tacos

Ingredients
1.5 pounds beef roast1.5 cups beef stock1/2 cup diced green chiles1 tsp black pepper12 8" soft flour tortillasshredded lettuce1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese12 TBSP Daisy light sour cream
Directions
Trim as much fat as possible from beef and place meat in crockpot. Add peppers, black pepper and beef broth. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Shread meat and leave in crock pot with lid off for 30 minutes to allow juices to thicken. Place shredded beef on tortilla and tpo with remaining ingredients.
