1.5 cup wheat bran1.5 cup whole wheat flour1 large egg1/4 cup veg oil1/4 cup baking splenda (or off brand equiv)2 Tbl brer rabbit full flavor mollasses1 tsp sea salt1 Tbl baking powder1 cup half and half
soak bran in milk for 5 min, combine dry ingred in a separate bowl. mix oil egg and molasses in measuring cup...add other fruits etc..but i think it changes the sugar and nutritional values etc...mix into your bran/milk mixture..then add to your dry ingred mixing well spoon into sprayed muffin pan or baking cups for pan bake 400 degrees for 20-25 min...
