HCG - Crab Bisque

Ingredients
1 can Crab, Bumble Bee Fancy Lump crabmeat (drained)2 cups vegetable broth 1 cup tomatoes chopped1 tbsp onion, minced1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning1 tsp. bay leaf (1 leaf)
Directions
Puree tomatoes, broth, onion, and garlic in a blender.
Pour mixture into a small saucepan,.

Add crab, bay leaf and Tony's and simmer for 30 minutes stirring frequently.

    just made this, pretty darn yummy. but i used organic 365 pasta sauce and my portion of milk to give it a creamy feel, then threw in some cyanne pepper to give it a kick and i am so happy with it, one more thing to add to my list of recipes for crab! - 5/7/12
