4 whole wheat pitasolive oil cooking sprayOptional seasonings:garlic powder oregano Parmesan cheese ground cumin black peppercinnamon and sugar
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange the pita triangles on a baking sheet and spritz on the olive oil cooking spray. Sprinkle on your seasonings, if you're using any.
Bake the pitas for 4 minutes, flip and spray again. Bake 2-3 more minutes.
Allow to cool on a wire rack before eating.
Serving Size: Serving size=1/2 pita, or 4 chips

Tabouleh is very easy to make! 1 bunch curly parsley chopped, 2 tomatoes and green onion diced, 1/2 - 1 cup finely ground bulgar wheat, olive oil, lemon juice, salt/pepper,a few tbsp dehydrated mint.. sprinkle of cinnamon/allspice. first~ soak wheat in cold water. Chop/dice veg. mix all. season..eat - 1/1/13

I've had something similar, and they really hurt the teeth, and didn't impart any interesting flavor. I pair celery sticks or kale chips with my hummus! Far far healthier indeed! PS... I am with the person below wanting to know that tabouli recipe -- now that one looks like it could be awesome. - 9/19/12
