1 pillsbury thin pizza crust1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (brushed on the crust)2 cloves minced garlic.75 c. Kraft shredded colby and monterey jack cheese1 cup fresh spinach (cut into strips)1 large tomato (diced)3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheeseMcCormick Italian Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spread the crust on a cookie sheet. Brush all of the extra virgin olive oil on the entire crust. Spread the minced garlic evenly across the crust. Sprinkle the colby/jack cheese on the crust, followed by the spinach, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (depending on how dark you like the crust).
