Hawaiian Chicken and Peppers over Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken1 red bell pepper2 cups fresh pineapple2 cups brown rice cooked
Directions
Cut up chicken, pineapple and peppers. Place in baking dish in 375 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Cook rice by instructions on package. After the chicken has cooked through place it over the rice and Enjoy!!!
