3 Egg Whites1/2 cup Margarine (or butter)1 cup Sugar2 1/2 cups White flour1 cup Milk1/4 cup Orange Juice1 tbsp. Orange Extract3 tbsp. Baking Powder or 1 package PaneAngeli1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips1/2 tsp. Salt
Separate eggs and beat in a separate bowl. Put aside. Beat margarine and sugar. Add orange juice, milk and flavoring (if using PaneAngeli, add now). Mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and egg whites. Mix together until well blended. Add chocolate chips. Put batter in greased pan for baking.
