Ingredients: *Gimme Lean Sausage Style, 4 oz Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced Baby Carrots, raw, 8 large Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Garlic, 2 tsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Broccoli Slaw, 3 oz *Cole Slaw, Fresh Express, 1.0 cup Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) No Salt Added Diced Peeled Tomatoes, 1.75 cup Italian seasoningPepper Cayenne Pepper

Put 1 tbsp olive oil in the bottom of pot. Slice 4 pieces of soy sausage and put in botom of pot. cook for 5 mins on Med. High. Remove sausage and put aside. Put 1 tbsp of olive oil, onion and garlic in bottom of pot, cook on med-high for about 5 mins. In the meantime, put potato in microwave for 6 minutes on high. I sliced mine and put it in microwave steamer. Add the rest of the veggies (except for tomatoes) and cook for another 5 minutes. Add 4 cups of water, sausage (which I cut into smaller pieces), can of tomatoes and potatoes in pot. Cover and cook on med.-low for 45 minutes.
