Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 box Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding, prepared with skim milk (2 cups)1 1/3 cups Special K cereal (I used almond vanilla)1/4 cup lite smart balance, melted6 tablespoons chocolate chips
Directions
Filling
Prepare Pudding according to package directions, put in fridge.

Crust
Crush the cereal, melt the butter. Stir together. Divide in a cupcake tin with foil wrappers. Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes.

Fill the cupcake foils with the filling.

Top with chocolate chips.

Voila!
