Apple Granola Bake

Ingredients
1 apple, chopped and treated with lemon juice to prevent browning1 tbsp sugarcinnamon2 tsp brown sugar1/2 tsp. butter2 tsp. rolled outs, dry1/3 oz. pecans, chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease a loaf pan

Toss the apples with the sugar and cinnamon and set them in the loaf pan.

Combine the butter, oats, pecans and brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the top of the apples.

Bake until the fruit bubbles, 20-30 minutes.
