Ham & Mushroom Brunch casserole

Ingredients
Mix eggs, mustard, milk, and seasonings in bowl and whisk. Cut bread into bite-sized pieces and spread along the bottom of your glass baking dish. Dice the ham slices and sprinkle over the bread; stem and slice the mushrooms and sprinkle over the ham layer. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Directions
Bake in rectangular glass baking dish for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until egg is cooked to your liking.
