Zucch-y Eggs

Ingredients
2 large eggs1/2 zucchini, grated1 tbsp chopped red onions1 tbsp lowfat cream cheese1 tbsp butter
Directions
Melt butter over medium heat. Add grated zucchini and onions. Saute for 1 min. During that minute, whisk together your eggs. Pour over zucchini and onions. When just about cooked through, turn off heat and add cream cheese in little bits, continuing to fold eggs throughout.

Serve hot!
