Vegetarian Pizza Panini

Ingredients
1 light sandwich thin (I use Kroger generic multi-grain)2 tbsp. pizza sauce (I use Aiello's)2 tbsp. part-skim mozzarella shredded cheese5 slices Lightlife veggie pepperoni (1/2 serving)
Directions
Spread pizza sauce over 1/2 of sandwich thin and sprinkle on cheese. Place pepperoni on top of cheese and top with other bread slice. Cook in nonstick-sprayed skillet like a grilled cheese, or place in a panini press if you have one. Cook until cheese is melty and bread is browned to your liking.
