8 oz Whole Wheat Pasta1 Cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese1 Can of Red Kidney Beans1 Clove of Garlic1/2 Small Onion1 Tsp Black Pepper1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning1 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Cans Light Tuna (In Water)
Boil Pasta (App. 9 minutes for aldente)
While the pastas cooking, puree the beans, onion, garlic, pepper and olive oil. Stir in tuna and lemon juice.
Once the pasta is done, drain and put back into pot and add the tuna and bean mixture. Once Mixed, place in a casserole dish and cover with the cheddar cheese. Finally, sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning over the top. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Serving Size: makes (6) 1 cup servings
